As one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, Little is seeking a Project Architect with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Community Studio. This person will be joining a team in our fastest growing office with Little in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate is an ambitious and creative Architect who is passionate about great design, one looking to significantly enhance the well-being of our clients, the performance of their buildings and advancement of industry practices.
Candidates we’re seeking:
- A resourceful and creative problem solver.
- Someone who love details, willing to research innovative practices and apply them practically.
- You are interested in materials, with a strong network of vendors, suppliers and technical experts to aggressively implement the best practices within architecture.
- An organized and thorough individual, who understand our iterative process.

- You’ll be working with professionals dedicated to Community (Higher Ed, K-12 schools) projects.
- You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
- You’ll might lead teams of architects and engineers to meet project budgets and schedules.
- You’ll be responsible for producing contract documents and construction administration.
- You’ll have growth opportunities.
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
- 8+ years of experience of experience in the architecture & design industry;
- Architectural registration;
- Strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam; and
- LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.
